The owner was surprisingly kind and woke up at 6 am to prepare breakfast. Despite the loud sounds and uninspiring view, I enjoyed the clean room and the economical price. Oh, and the wood fired pizza nearby was fabulous.
The room felt like a luxurious prison cell.

Conveniently located close to the airport, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our delayed flight by staying up to check us in. The spacious room with a lovely balcony provided a beautiful view of the park and bay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, with daily fresh towels and clean bins. The simple yet satisfying breakfast included hot sandwiches, fruits, coffee, and fresh orange juice. The bathroom amenities, including the shampoo and hair conditioner, were of exceptional quality. The hotel's central location made it easy to access supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants. Parking was never an issue, and the landlady's kindness and delicious rooftop breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. The small touches, like the complimentary bottle of wine and tsikoudia, as well as the laundry service, were greatly appreciated. The room was cozy and clean, with a nice view. The additional amenities, such as the kettle and sandwich maker, added to the overall convenience. The quiet atmosphere, despite being on a main street, was a pleasant surprise. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Parthenon for one night after a late arrival at Chania airport. The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport and offers beautiful views of Souda town square. The room was air-conditioned and comfortable. The highlight was having breakfast on the rooftop, enjoying freshly squeezed orange juice and local pastries. The reception staff, especially the lovely lady at the front desk, were kind and accommodating.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
